Dom is truly AMAZING!! I had issues with my printer and he spent hours out of his own time (late night hours I must say) with me figuring out the issue, contacting support and helping me every step of the way. Dom was able to fix a problem that I was sure put me dead in the water and my machine was toast. He spent countless hours helping me diagnose with his team of engineers. He was able to get me the correct part, and have it shipped directly to me. Once the cable came in he walked me through it step by step. Even sent me a video for reference in what he was talking about. He goes out of his way to make you feel supported. I cannot thank him enough for all the extra time and support he has given me.
